Thank you for visiting my website! I am the second oldest of six children and originally from New Jersey. I was recruited as an athlete to Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ) , where I was a Division-1 Track & Field athlete competing in the Big East Conference for four years. My events included High Jump, Long Jump, 60-meter hurdles, and the Pentathlon. At Rutgers, I majored in Psychology and minored in Anthropology. Immediately after graduating I started my Ph.D. program in Psychology at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). I am extremely appreciative of all the people in my life that helped me get to where I am today, including my family, my friends, my undergraduate research advisor, my current advisors, coaches, and colleagues. Their unwavering support and guidance has been monumental in my academic pursuits.
Currently, I am a postdoctoral fellow at Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine, in the Department of Preventive Medicine.
